We offer FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
We offer FREE International Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

Pre-order and back-orderen items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping costs + deslivery times

Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).

For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

International shipping

We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Jolie.com offers $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders $50 and above. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking orders

Once your NFC card, Google Review card, Google Review stand, or custom NFC business card has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through Australia Post.
